Why can’t you do what you want to do?

Trying and failing to stop drinking?

Or wake up early?

Or exercise?

Or cut out sugar?

Or quit your job and start a business?

The reason is that you don’t want to. 

If you really want something, you do it. 

So, instead of setting your alarm clock, ask yourself what it is you want. 

If you really want it, you’ll do whatever it takes to get it.
