Every community has a super man or woman. An influencer, someone to whom everyone looks for leadership. Marlon Parker* calls this person the Green Lantern.

Sometimes it’s a gangster, sometimes it’s a teacher, sometimes it’s a minister, sometimes it’s a nobody.

It doesn’t matter who it is. It only matters that you find that person and win her over.

Once she’s on your side, the rest of the community will follow.
