Sometimes what you have to say is useful.
Most times, it’s not.
Err on the side of silence.
If someone asks you what you think, answer.
If no one asks, be quiet.
You only have downside by offering unasked-for opinions.
If you’re right the recipient may resent your rightness.
If you’re wrong you look like a fool.
Keep your opinions to yourself.
