Having a plan B doesn’t mean you’ve given up on plan A

You may think that the best way to find success is to block your retreat.

Burn your boats.

Ensure everyone knows there is no alternative to victory.

Sometimes that is inevitable, but most times its stupid.

Its always better to have a plan B.

Having a plan B doesn’t mean you don’t think plan A will work.

In fact, sometimes its easier to execute plan A when you have the comfort of knowing you have a plan B.

Startup life is unpredictable. If plan A doesn’t work, you don’t want go under water.

Always have a fall-back position.
