Exercise whenever you can

Walk instead of drive.

Take the stairs instead of the escalator.

Fit in a 20min swim if there’s a pool.

Take every opportunity to work your muscles, to break a sweat.

Being fit is good for your energy, your self-esteem and your appearance.

It’s good for business.

And maybe one day you’re injured, or disabled, and then you look back with regret at all those missed opportunities you had to work-out.

Exercise whenever you can.
