Sometimes you find that out of ten customers, only one really likes you. So you start paying attention to the other nine so as to win them over.
Mistake. Don’t pay attention to the haters or the neutrals.
Give the love to the lovers.
If you find a customer that really digs you, double down. Create a die-hard fan-for-life. Show him the love, over-deliver, make sure there is no chance he ever doubts your commitment.
That customer will be your greatest salesman, evangelising on your behalf and eventually bringing other potential customers to your door.

Double down on the customer that is giving you the love.
