Conflict is driven by fear, not courage

Most times, your need for conflict is driven by fear, not courage.

You’re afraid of an outcome you can’t control.

You’re afraid someone is going to screw you.

You’re afraid of what people will think.

That fear drives you to seek conflict.

Conflict is destructive.

Sometimes conflict is necessary. You’ll need courage for that.

Most times it’s not.

To avoid unnecessary fighting, overcome your fears.
