Before you put the customer first you need to know who is your customer?
Do you have a direct sales model, or a channel partner model? Are you B2C or B2B?
Who is responsible for directing revenue to you? Cherish that person. Spend time with that person. Never ever neglect that person.
The source of your revenue is your customer. Always put your customer first, otherwise you’ll wake up one day to find your customer has left.
