As an entrepreneur, you’ll find yourself in positions where you have to choose to close a deal and potentially make a loss, or to stand firm and let your customer shop around.
Unless the customer is not someone you want as a customer, ALWAYS CLOSE THE DEAL.
Never let the customer go down the road.
He might find something better and never come back.
Close the deal, then figure out how to deliver the goods profitably.
First comes the sale, second comes everything else.
