- If you don’t know what the customer wants, you can’t give it to him.
- If the customer wants hamburgers don’t sell him hotdogs.
- If the customer ain’t buying, he’s not the one to blame. You are. Fix your pitch.
- People buy from people, not from businesses. If you’re not likeable, you won’t sell.
- Always show respect. Arrive on time. Dress smart. Be considerate.
- Go the extra mile. Its less crowded.
- Never give up.
